Information we collect

We may collect identifiers and business contact information, including your name, company, email address, and telephone number; transaction and property information, including asset location, opportunity type, asset type, current status, loan balance or asking price, and supporting-document links; information contained in communications; and basic technical information automatically transmitted when you use a website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and server logs.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank or payment credentials, account passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use information

We use information to review potential acquisition opportunities; communicate with submitters and their representatives; conduct diligence; evaluate, structure, document, and administer potential transactions; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain business and legal records; protect our rights; improve website operation and security; and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain each category only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, taking into account transaction timelines, legal requirements, dispute preservation, security, and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms and delivered through our email provider. We may also disclose information to hosting, security, technology, storage, professional-adviser, diligence, financing, servicing, title, legal, and other transaction-related providers where reasonably necessary; to counterparties with authorization or as necessary to evaluate a transaction; in connection with a corporate or asset transaction; and when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission, email, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and external resources

This website may use essential storage or receive standard server logs needed for security and operation. It also loads fonts or other resources from third-party providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. We do not currently use website advertising cookies or sell information collected through this website.

Do Not Track

Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, this website does not currently respond to them. We will honor legally required opt-out preference signals if and when applicable to our processing.
